When is the Parade of Homes Orlando this year?

• The 72nd annual Parade of Homes Orlando is set for Saturday, May 10 through Sunday, May 18, 2025.

What time are the homes open?

• Each participating entry offers varying open times throughout the Parade dates. Be sure to check each online listing for the most up-to-date schedule.
• Weekends and evenings can be busy. Visiting during off-peak times may give you a more relaxed experience.

What is the address of the Parade of Homes Orlando?

Is there an entry fee?

• There is no entry fee to visit the participating entries on the Parade of Homes Orlando.

  Do I need to RSVP to attend?

• No RSVP is needed but be sure to visit ParadeofHomesOrlando.com to see the latest open days and hours for each entry.

What is the best way to tour a Parade home?

• You may be asked to remove your shoes or wear bootie covers. Choose footwear that is easy to slip on and off for convenience. 
• Move through the home at a leisurely pace but be mindful of others touring the property. 
• Please be respectful of the space. Avoid touching personal items or furniture that may be staged for the tour. 

• However, do not enter spaces/rooms that have been roped off or marked private including pools or water features.
• Restrooms are not available in the entry homes. Please plan your self-guided route accordingly for restroom and food and beverage breaks throughout the day. 
• Food and beverages are not allowed inside the homes. Please finish any snacks or drinks before entering.

May to bring family or friends?

• Yes! You can bring family or friends but keep the group size manageable and respectful of other visitors.

May I bring my kids or pets?

• Many open houses welcome families, but it’s best to confirm with the host if children are allowed. Strollers should be left outside, and children must be always supervised during your tour.
• Pets are not permitted while touring a Parade home. Service animals are welcome.

What should I expect when I arrive?

• Upon arrival, you may be asked to sign in or provide your contact information. You can then browse the home, ask questions, and enjoy all the home’s features. 
• Although not required, you may want to meet with a sales rep to ask about home prices, features, and availability.

May I take photos and videos when touring a Parade home?

• For certain homes, it’s best to ask the host for permission before taking photos. Some builders may have restrictions, while most encourage photos and videos. Feel free to use #ParadeofHomesOrlando on social media @ParadeOfHomesOrlando on all platforms.
