Los Feliz is a fully furnished luxury residence designed to complement the home’s striking architecture while introducing warmth, texture, and custom detailing throughout the interiors. Nathan Vanags Design delivered a complete furniture package for the home, incorporating bespoke elements and carefully curated materials that elevate the everyday living experience.

A custom millwork installation anchors the home office, creating a refined and highly functional workspace that blends seamlessly into the architectural language of the home. Throughout the main living areas—including the foyer, living room, and primary bedroom—custom-designed rugs introduce texture and scale, grounding each space with a tailored approach to soft furnishings.

A guest suite renovation brought new energy to the home’s secondary living spaces, featuring plush carpet and bold wall coverings in the guest bathroom that create a memorable design moment for visitors.

The home’s dramatic stairway serves as an architectural centerpiece, enhanced by a custom art installation composed of handcrafted blown-glass discs. This sculptural feature cascades through the vertical volume of the stairwell, creating a dynamic visual experience that evolves with changing light throughout the day.

Outdoors, the rear patio overlooks a tranquil lagoon and is framed by the home’s impressive two-story windows. NVD maximized the outdoor living potential by designing multiple seating and lounge areas that take advantage of the views while complementing the bold architectural scale of the residence.
