GOBA Community Build

Silliman CitySide Homes proudly presents a stunning new residence at 112 S. Calhoun Avenue, built in a partnership between the Greater Orlando Builders Association (GOBA) and Building Homes for Heroes, a nonprofit dedicated to providing mortgage free homes to injured veterans and their families. The member companies of GOBA collaborated to donate and discount products and services to reduce the cost to BHH so they could use their resources to help other worthy veterans.

The home showcases modern craftsmanship, thoughtful accessible design, energy efficiency and resilience. It was designed to resemble the 100-year-old storm damaged family home of the veteran that was razed so the new home could be built. This beautifully appointed home reflects the Greater Orlando Builders Association’s commitment to excellence and demonstrates that GOBA Builds Community—not just through exceptional homes, but through meaningful impact.
