Samantha Model – Interior Design & Material Description

• Design Concept

The Samantha model introduces a bold contemporary interior defined by contrast, strong material presence, and confident architectural expression. Inspired by the assertive personality behind the concept, the design moves away from traditional softness and instead embraces a more distinctive, refined, and masculine aesthetic. Clean geometries and intentional material contrasts create a space that feels sophisticated, modern, and unapologetically expressive.

• Flooring Strategy

The main living areas feature large-format porcelain tile flooring, establishing a continuous architectural surface that enhances the sense of openness within the open-plan layout. The expansive scale of the tile reinforces the modern character of the home while providing durability and visual simplicity.

The second level transitions to light wood flooring, introducing a natural contrast that balances the darker elements used throughout the design.

• Kitchen Design

The kitchen is conceived as a sculptural focal point within the main living area. Custom flat-panel cabinetry in a deep walnut finish creates a bold and monolithic presence while maintaining a minimal and contemporary expression.

Dark stone countertops paired with a full-height backsplash introduce subtle veining that adds depth and movement to the composition. The darker surfaces intentionally contrast with the warmth of the wood cabinetry, reinforcing the confident and distinctive material palette of the home.

The central island is fully paneled in the same walnut finish as the surrounding cabinetry, creating a cohesive architectural element that visually anchors the kitchen while maintaining continuity across the space.

• Primary Bathroom

The primary bathroom continues the strong material narrative through a dramatic combination of dark tile surfaces and warm metallic accents. The walk-in shower is finished with large-format dark tiles, creating a refined and immersive atmosphere.

Brushed brass plumbing fixtures introduce a subtle contrast against the darker surfaces while complementing the warmth of the wood vanity, resulting in a balanced yet striking composition.

• Staircase & Integrated Storage

The staircase serves as both a functional and architectural feature within the home. Wood finishes used on the stair structure are intentionally coordinated with the flooring of the second level, creating a continuous visual relationship between floors.

Beneath the staircase, hidden storage has been seamlessly integrated and paneled in the same wood finish, maintaining the clean architectural language while adding practical functionality without disrupting the minimal aesthetic.
